To help you concentrate fully on cooking, with Con@ctivity your hood automatically works in sync with the Miele KM 7999 FL induction hob . As soon as you turn the hob on or off, the extractor fan is automatically adjusted to suit the cooking process to ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the kitchen. The devices communicate with each other via WLAN. With Con@ctivity you can integrate the hood and hob in Miele @ home.

PowerFlex Plus cooking zone

Measuring up to 93cm, the Miele KM 7999 FL surface is designed with 3 PowerFlex Plus cooking zones, providing you with plenty of space when preparing food. With an advanced design, you can use different sized cooking utensils from small to large, such as large pasta pots or oven trays. The total power of the hob can be increased to 10.35kW, allowing you to use multiple cooking utensils at the same time, saving time when preparing food.

Effective temperature control – TempControl

The Miele KM 7999 FL is equipped with 8 temperature sensors for more efficient temperature monitoring. TempControl makes frying easier and results more perfect. You don't have to worry about adjusting because the temperature is kept at a stable level. In addition to providing added convenience, this also provides a higher level of safety because the risk of burning dishes is minimized.

TwinBooster rapid heat generation feature

The Miele KM 7999 FL induction hob features Miele's exclusive TwinBooster function, which gives you more flexibility when cooking by boosting the induction power to the required cooking zone. When selected, the power output of two cooking zones can be combined and used on one large area to speed up the heating process. Or you can distribute the induction power individually for more flexible cooking.
