As soon as the hob is switched on or off, the hood responds automatically. The extraction power is automatically adjusted to what is happening in the kitchen, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere in the room. The devices communicate with each other via WiFi. Con@ctivity 3.0 allows you to integrate the cooker hood and hob into Miele @ home.

TWINBOOSTER – Boost function for fast heating

For particularly fast heating: with Miele's exclusive TwinBooster function, you can concentrate the power of two cooking zones on a single cooking zone if required. Or you can distribute the induction power individually for more flexible cooking on the Miele KM 7575 FR Induction Hob.

CONVENIENT ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

More convenient cooking: with the Stop & Go function on the Miele KM 7575 FR Induction Hob, all cooking zones can be reduced to power level 1 at the touch of a button, allowing you to leave the hob unattended for short periods of time. The keep warm function keeps food at serving temperature. In addition, you can set a timer so that the cooking zone switches off automatically when the time is up. The recall function ensures that your settings are saved for 10 seconds.

PAN DETECTION – Put the pan down and start cooking

With the intelligent pan recognition function on the Miele KM 7575 FR induction hob, the control elements move according to the position of the pan on the hob. The control field is only displayed if there is a pan in position. If you move the pan, the digital display follows. The size detection function allows particularly efficient use of energy. All our full-surface hobs feature intelligent pan detection.

SAFETY FUNCTION

The best protection in every situation: the locking system of the Miele KM 7575 FR Induction Hob provides reliable protection against accidental or unauthorized switching on. If a cooking zone has been operating at the same power level for an unusually long time or there is no pan on the hob, it switches off automatically. The residual heat indicator is another useful feature: it reminds you not to touch the cooking zones while they are still hot.
