Inhouse product
Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids are an essential component of any healthy diet. But while Omega-9 fatty acids aren’t classed as ‘essential’, a high-strength Omega 3 fish oil containing the correct balance of all three can be tremendously useful.
This high-performance Omega 3, 6, 9 formula is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to optimise their Omega 3 intake, with each capsule providing an impressive 379mg total Omega 3s. The levels of EPA at 196mg and DHA at 127mg are significantly higher than many other similar products on the market.
Besides the Omega 3 fatty acids from oily fish, the Omega 6 in this formula derives from pure grade starflower (borage) oil, providing 66mg of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) together with 125mg of linoleic acid. The Omega 9 fatty acids, on the other hand, derive from natural olive oil, supplying 200mg in each capsule.
Soft-gel capsules are much better suited to oil-based materials, which is why we’ve decided to use them instead of tablets to encapsulate our Omega 3,6,9 formula.
Our Omega 3, 6, 9 formula is made in UK factories working to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Not only does our unique five-stage purification process remove any fishy taste, but it also means our oils far exceed the strict EU quality standards for purity.
Sustainably sourcing our raw materials is also hugely important to us. That’s why our high-strength Omega 3 fish oil has achieved certification by the leading, industry-recognised body, Friend of the Sea®. You can read more about our association with this environmental conservation project here.
This formula isn’t suitable for vegetarians or vegans. However, if you’re looking for a plant-based alternative, you could try our Vegan Omega 3.
